Training in the classroom- In the beginning, learners will go through a classroom session (physical or virtual). At Seqtto Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., they will be trained on a variety of modules through Live Classes, Assessments, and Hands-on projects. We monitor the learner's progress during the entire training period through our Progress Board. In addition to tracking their attendance and submissions, we assess their performance in quizzes, exams, assignments, and projects as well as their performance in live sessions (live and recorded). To be eligible for placement training and career services, learners must maintain a 75% score in the program and complete the placement training.

A successful placement cannot be achieved if a learner does not focus on their learning. This is the rationale behind having placement eligibility criteria. Our program currently has a score of 75% to be considered Placement Connect. We have seen several cases of learners with scores below 75% of her being rejected from no-offer interviews in a row, so there is no point in trying to sit in an interview if the criteria are not met. Placement Training – Upon completion of all modules of the program, shortlisted learners will be invited to industry coaches for one-on-one coaching/mentoring, placement bootcamps, and soft-her skills training.
